Susie Watson Designs is a unique and fast-growing small company. All our products are designed in house and we work closely with the artisans who make them for us. We design beautiful handmade products for the home with a stunning range of fabrics, furniture, wallpapers, paints, pottery and accessories. We currently have eleven beautiful retail showrooms from Harrogate down to Salcombe.
Social Media and PR - Marlborough (Full Time)
Susie Watson Designs is a family-owned business who treat staff and customers as individuals in a warm inclusive environment.
If you are a digital storyteller with a creative, energetic mindset and you LOVE our brand, we want to hear from you. Ideally you have built a strong social media presence either personally or for a company (preferably interiors related) and you are brimming with ideas! You have to be a team player, adaptable and fun, able to create engaging content, and someone who can make things happen.

We have grown to 10 successful stores from Tunbridge Wells in the South to Knutsford and Harrogate in the North. Interior Design Advisor - Marlborough (Part Time)
Susie Watson Designs has an opportunity for an Interior Design Advisor based in our Marlborough showroom.
With an eye for colour and a passionate interest in interior design our Interior Design advisors are key members of our instore team. We are looking for a team member who enjoys spending time immersed in all thing’s interiors, to join us 3 days a week, including some Saturdays.
Day to day you will advise customers on our products and take sales, create mood boards, and work side by side with our Store Manager and Interior Designer to support them in their roles. Our stores are very busy places where we all work together to give a seamless customer experience and you will use your initiative to help make the store as smooth running as possible.
We will train you and help you to become expert in our products and services and we hope you will take every opportunity to continually build your product knowledge and knowledge of our systems and processes.We are here for our customers 6 days a week and 7 in the short run up to Christmas so you will need to be flexible and ready to work weekends.

Store Manager - Saffron Walden (Part/Full Time)
Susie Watson Designs are looking for Store Manager to lead the team in our beautiful furniture, fabric and interiors store in Saffron Walden. Susie Watson Designs is a family-owned business who treat staff and customers as individuals in a warm inclusive environment. We take immense pride in the look and feel of our stores and the warm and welcoming service we provide. Our Managers lead by example delivering outstanding service, meeting store and company objectives and supporting and encouraging the team to be brand ambassadors, keeping customers at the heart of everything we do.
In order to consistently accomplish that, you will:
- Guide, support and motivate a dedicated design team
- Coach, train and develop new and existing team members to become brand ambassadors
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the store and behind the scenes
- Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
- Be detailed, numerate and computer literate
As a positive and confident person, you'll have a proven ability in leading a team in a managerial role, ideally from a home lifestyle or interiors brand. You’ll be passionate about our brand with a clear commitment to helping us drive forward the business forward. Our Saffron Walden store was designed by us to showcase our handmade, beautifully designed product in room sets where inspiration abounds and provides a harmonious and beautiful working environment in an amazing space.
Hours of work 40 hours over 5 days Monday to Saturday or a minimum of 32 hours over at least 4 days to include a share of Saturdays.
