How We Make Our Kilims

Our Kilim rugs and cushions are extraordinary works of art, each reflecting a rich heritage of craftsmanship. Traditionally hand-loomed with remarkable skill, these pieces are created using techniques that have been passed down through generations. The intricate patterns and vibrant colours are a testament to the artistry and dedication of the weavers, with each rug and cushion taking several days to complete. Made with care and precision, these timeless designs bring texture, warmth, and character to your home, making them truly one-of-a-kind additions to your living space.

Our Kilim Studio In India

Our Kilims are hand-woven by skilled artisans in Jaipur, India. Our team of weavers can often be seen sitting side by side to interweave the yarns on the hand loom, slowly building up the pattern one line at a time. It is completely mesmerising to see them work.

All the wools are hand-dyed using earthy Indian colour tones, making them blend beautifully together.

Many of Susie's designs are inspired by traditional kilim patterns, often featuring diamonds and triangles.
