How We Make Our Upholstered Furniture

Our bespoke sofas and armchairs are made to order in a small workshop in Lancashire. Every piece is hand-built using carefully selected beech timber and high quality upholstery components.

We have worked with father and son team, Connor and Tony for over 10 years now. They run their highly successful sofa and armchair workshop from the gorgeous Lancashire countryside.

From the beautiful hardwood frames to the immaculate finish, all their pieces are carefully hand-made by their small dedicated team. Tony has now been in the industry for 33 years and his experience would be hard to match.

Every element of Tony’s upholstered furniture is engineered to a high level of manufacturing quality, this begins with the frame underneath which is a vital component; robust beech wood frames with quality joinery provide the perfect base for sprung seating and a superior filling.

Impeccable upholstery whether with hand-tied buttons or piping, are all lovingly hand-crafted by Tony’s talented team, to create a comfortable and very special piece of furniture which will last a lifetime.
