A delectable collection of recipes from Southern India featuring colourful curries and accompaniments. The dishes included are family-friendly, whole-food, plant-based meals, most of which can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.
Collated during Susie’s numerous design trips, these recipes are attributed to Mrs Ravi, whose husband runs the textiles factory where we have been creating our beautiful handmade textiles for over a decade. Mrs Ravi has been steadily introducing Susie to the magic of southern Indian cooking and having sampled so many delicious dishes, it has long been Susie’s desire to compile them into a cookbook and now… here it is!
