Alresford

"This week we have had our lounge updated with Susie Watson curtains, cushions, lampshades and a throw.  I wanted to communicate with someone at your head office about Maddie based at your Alresford branch.

Maddie is the most delightful person who is so easy to communicate with, offering suggestions but not being pushy and gracefully accepting any changes made along the way. Maddie is a credit to your company. Without her cheerful and easy manner, we may not have gone through with our order as we were really unsure of what to do to and travelling to Alresford to look at fabrics is quite a chore for us living near Christchurch. Maddie also visited us on one occasion bringing numerous suggestions and sample fabrics to help to give us some ideas. We are absolutely delighted with the result.

Mention should also go to Dan who came from Portsmouth to fit our curtains on behalf of your Alresford branch. He was meticulous with his work hanging the two sets of curtains and two blinds in our lounge. We’d be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to Maddie and Dan."

"I purchased a wool throw, a collection of cushions for two sofas and some pottery. The Alresford store couldn’t have been more helpful and patient as I showed them the design and colour way I desired. I initially purchased two “hero” cushions and was given help and advice in store. They were so beautifully made and very striking. I purchased the peacock and guinea fowl cushions initially. I returned to the shop and was given such help choosing additional cushions to match. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were so friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
I am looking forward to adding to my Susie Watson collection now I’ve found her. Thank you, Sue, and all the Alresford team. A delightful shopping experience, with true customer care."

"Having moved to Hampshire a year ago my daughter suggested we tried Susie Watson Designs for some of our Interior work. I would like to thank two people and indeed inform Head Office how excellent Maddy and Dan (your Fitter) from Alresford shop have been over this entire year. Maddy's care, understanding and professionalism has been terrific whether advising on curtains, fabrics, furniture, headboards blinds etc. Dan also could not have been more helpful and again excellent.
