Easy to order online and items are packed well in a strong box for transit.

I wanted covers for the sale cushions without the feather innards. I telephoned, spoke to a lovely girl who was able to adjust the price and they were sent out that day!

I visit the Broadway store on a regular basis as I love the creativity, colour pallet and quality of the product.
I had a shop and dressed one half of the shop over to Susie Watson It always made me feel happy displaying it and seeing people’s faces light up when they made their purchases.

My experiences at Broadway always make me feel a little deflated on my exit as I have gone in with excitement and the service is a little flat.
I only learnt last year there was showrooms around the back of the beautiful high street store and that’s because on my way out I saw the A board and asked a member of staff. No one over the years had told me about it when I was paying if I had visited it.

The staff are either tidying displays or behind the till point, I have never walked in and been greeted with a big smile.
I have always purchased what I want, but with a bit more service I could have purchased more.

What an amazing place to have a job 🙏
